The purpose of Amendment #1 is to:
This Amendment #1 is not a mandatory Return Amendment.
The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, Division of Program Managment and Administration, is soliciting bids for Annual Physical Examinations for the Fairbanks International Airport Police and Fire Departments.
Bids must be received no later than 11:00 am Alaska Time on October 14, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened. Late bids or amendments will be considered non-responsive and will not be opened or accepted for evaluation. Faxed or oral proposals will not be accepted.
Copies of bid documents may be downloaded (Adobe Acrobat format) from this Online Public Notice website. If you download the solicitation, you must register with the Procurement Officer listed below to receive subsequent amendments. Failure to contact the Procurement Officer may result in the rejection of your offer.
Copies of the bid documents are also available upon request from the Procurement Officer.
