New Clubhouse Building

Project Description: Wild Acres Lakes Property & Homeowner Association (WALPOA) will receive sealed electronic public bids via the PennBid Program for the new Clubhouse Building until Thursday, December 18, 2025 at 2:00 pm prevailing time, via PennBid ONLY, at which time bids will be opened. Results will be displayed publicly on PennBid shortly thereafter. No hard-copy or hand-delivered submissions will be accepted.
This will be bid as a Single Prime GC Bid Package
Bid documents are available at no cost on PennBid (pennbid.bonfirehub.com)
Addenda, if any, will be issued electronically via PennBid. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via the “Public Q&A” section within PennBid.
A NON- MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held IN-PERSON, on Monday, November 24, 2025, at 11:00 am at 116 Wild Acres Dr, Dingmans Ferry, PA 18328. Attendance is NOT mandatory, but strongly encouraged. Prospective bidders are encouraged to obtain the bidding documents well in advance of the non-mandatory pre-bid meeting.
Last day for RFIs is Thursday, December 11, 2025.
All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bank draft, payable to Wild Acres Lakes Property & Homeowner Association, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid, along with all required items as indicated in the Bid Documents checklist. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required from the lowest responsible bidders at a later date along with all other required documentation.
The Project Architect is MKSD Architects (1209 Hausman Road, Suite A, Allentown, PA 18104).
Bid Documents will be viewable to the public via PennBid at 10:00 am., prevailing time, Tuesday, November 18, 2025. Construction is intended to start around July 2026, and shall be fully and finally completed and ready for occupancy on or before May 1, 2027 (10 months after start of construction).
The award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder submitting a bid in conformity with the specifications. However, WALPOA reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
This project is financed by Wild Acres Lakes Property & Homeowner Association.
