In effort to best utilize the recently acquired Government Services Building (formerly OMI) and meet the needs of Yamhill County government offices and the public they serve, Yamhill County is seeking bids from qualified and experienced General Contractors, for the completion of a Design-Bid-Build renovation. Â Yamhill County collaborated with SERA Architects, Inc, to develop the design drawings and specifications found with the ITB Documents.

To offer an in-person viewing of the areas to be remodeled, a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted on November 17th, at 10am, at the building site, 400 NE Baker St., McMinnville, OR 97128. Representatives of Yamhill County and SERA Architects will attend.
