Sealed bids subject to the conditions and provisions presented herein for the Pearl River Pilot Channel at Walkiah Bluff Project will be received until 10:00 AM, local time, on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 , by the Pearl River County Board of Supervisors and then publicly opened and read at the County Administration Office located at 109 West Pearl Street, Poplarville, MS 39470. Sealed bids shall include the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, incidentals, and performing all work necessary to complete the Pearl River Pilot Channel at Walkiah Bluff Project. Bidders who wish to submit bids electronically in lieu of a sealed bid may submit their bid through www.dunganeng.com . No oral, telegraphic, telephonic, or e-mail proposals will be considered. All electronic bids shall be submitted as ONE (1) PDF document.

The work under this contract includes channel excavation to construct a pilot channel, placing excavated material in low areas in the riverbed, and other associated items of work in the Pearl River at Walkiah Bluff as described in the Construction Plans and Contract Documents.
