Parking Lot Replacement

The Owner will receive sealed bids from Contractors in Conference Room #HS3521, 1499 Walton Way, Augusta GA 30901 (Address). Bids must be physically on the table in the Bid Room by 10:00 AM, at the time legally prevailing in Augusta, Georgia on February 23, 2026, for the construction of 25-102-AA: PARKING LOT REPLACEMENT, located in AUGUSTA UNIVERSITY OF AUGUSTA, Georgia. At the time and place noted above, the bids will be publicly opened and announced.

Bidding Documents may be obtained at the office of the Design Professional, Cranston Engineering, Phone: (706)722-1588. Applications for documents, together with non-refundable deposit of $ 125 per set, should be filed promptly with the Design Professional.

Bidders are cautioned that acquisition of Bidding Documents through any source other than the office of the Design Professional is not advisable. Acquisition of Bidding Documents from unauthorized sources places the bidder at risk of receiving incomplete or inaccurate information upon which to base a bid.
