Notice is hereby given that the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) will accept electronic bids on behalf of the Georgia Department of Corrections (Owner) for the project entitled Smith State Prison Underground Heating Loop Repl. in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents.

Work under this Contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the quality roof replacement of Building 42 and Building 88 Office.

GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor bids and supporting documents.
