This request for standing offers (RFSO) cancels and supersedes for the requirements indicated, previous RFSO number E60HL-250051-A dated March 17, 2025 with a closing of April 28, 2025 at 2:00 PM EDT, previous RFSO number E60HL-250051-B dated May 16, 2025 with a closing of May 29, 2025 at 2:00 PM EDT and previous RFSO number E60HL-250051-C dated June 3, 2025 with a closing of June 16, 2025 at 2:00 PM EDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous Request for Standing Offer.

Requirement: National Master Standing Offers for Marine fuels in accordance with Canadian General Standards Board standards, as applicable. Delivery to various locations in Canada on an as-and-when-requested basis from date of issuance of standing offer up to and including May 31, 2027.

This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner.
