Solicitation Summary
The State Board of Elections (SBE) is requesting a proposal of work and estimated costs for the printing and mailing of a letter confirming voters’ status on the Permanent Mail-In list.
SBE anticipates requiring an estimated 125,000 to 175,000 mailers to be sent to Permanent Absentee Voters in both February 2026 and again in August 2026. Each mailer must consist of an insert and an outgoing envelope. The vendor will be responsible for depositing the mail pieces into the USPS mail stream.
