The U.S. Government currently occupies 3,740 ABOA SF of office and related space in a building under a lease in Chelsea, MA that will be expiring. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocation, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecomunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Subleases will not be taken into consideration.
Note: Entities not currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) are advised to start the registration process as soon as possible.
