Annual Contract for Police Department Uniforms and Gear

The City of Warner Robins (hereinafter "City") is soliciting competitive sealed bids to supply the City of Warner Robins Police Department with Police Uniforms and Accessories to be placed on an annual contract. Purchases will be placed on an as-needed basis throughout the year. The initial contract period will be effective beginning, January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026; with three (3) one (1) year extensions.  Any quantities provided are provided as estimates only.  The City does not guarantee any amount of work or minimum spend under the resulting contract.

Vendor must provide a list of three (3) references including the name, address, telephone number and contact person for whom a similar scope of services has been provided.

Each prospective bidder must submit their bid with all required documents through the City's IonWave procurement system by the designated date and time of Thursday, November 13, 2025 at 2:00 PM (ET).

All questions must be submitted through the IonWave procurement system by Monday, November 10, 2025, at 2:00 PM (ET).

The bid if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability and other factors considered. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities.
