Request for Proposals (RFP) for Professional Services for a Program Manager

The selected consultant shall provide Program Manager services as part of the City’s project development team. The scope is intended to support Disneyland Forward projects from early development through construction closeout, with an emphasis on coordination, review, and facilitation rather than full design services.

The Program Manager’s scope of work shall include, but not be limited to, the following. Project descriptions created by the Developer’s Team for their contractor procurement are provided within the RFP.

Your Proposal, Designation of Subconsultants Form, and Conflict of Interest Form must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 26, 2026. Three (3) hard copies of your Proposal shall be provided and one (1) digital file shall be uploaded on OpenGov. The Proposal shall be signed by a company official with the power to bind the company.

Please provide a digital file (PDF) on a USB Flash Drive (or equivalent) of a sample of approved work your firm has previously prepared for a similar project.
