Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing Conducting Procurement Unit: Division of Fleet Operations
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: Fleet Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs
This RFP will result in multiple contract awards.
The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: The offeror(s) who meet all mandatory minimum and cost requirements and whose proposal receives a minimum of 75 total Points Earned shall be awarded a contract. In making the determination the procurement officer shall take into account the estimated value, scope, and professional nature of the services and the complexity of the project or services. The offeror must agree to pricing at or below the attached pricing schedule indicated in this solicitation (Attachment C).
To respond to this RFP: please review all details, answer the items in the Requested Information section (left), and submit a completed Application-Submission Form by either uploading it as an attachment in the Technical Criteria section or by emailing it to amelliott@utah.gov with AE25-9-1 in the email subject. You do not need to upload a cost sheet, as pricing is located in Attachment C.
Length of Contract: Up to 5 years
Not Included: Auto Glass, Tires and Tubes, Auto Body Repairs, Tow and Wrecker Services
You do not need to respond to this RFP if you have already been awarded a contract under previous RFP # AE25-9.
