Solicitation Description:

The project generally consists of the expansion of the existing Bull Hide Wastewater Treatment Facility to 4.0 mgd ADF and 16.0 mgd P2HF, including construction of a new Influent Pump Station, Headworks to screen and degrit, Flow Distribution Structure, Process Trains C and D, Mixed Liquor Splitter Box, Secondary Clarifiers C and D, Disk Filter, UV Disinfection Equipment (replace existing outdated equipment), Solids Storage and Thickening Facilities, Odor Control Systems, Alum Feed Facility, Electrical and Blower Buildings/Enclosures, and site civil piping, grading and drainage improvements.
