Project Description: The CMaR Contract will include the following services and Work:
• CMaR services to assist with completion of the design plansets and specifications for the:
O Replacement of the raw water storage tank:
O Replacement of the treated water storage tank:
O Related services to complete tank replacements project.
• Negotiate with Owner for construction services to complete project.
Work of the Project also includes collaboration with the design Consultant, CRW Engineering Group, to complete the development of the project’s Project Manual (specifications and planset) for all phases of the project.
The CMaR Contractor will be selected based on qualifications, experience/track record with CMaR projects, dedicated personnel, and price elements.
It is anticipated the CMaR Contractor will be brought into the design team at the 35% design level. At the 65% design level for development the construction documents, the CMaR Contractor will have the opportunity to submit a guaranteed maximum price (GMP) for stakeholder consideration. The project stakeholders may then choose to issue an award directly without competitively bidding the construction project. If the stakeholders reject the pricing, the Owner reserves the right to solicit competitive bids. CMaR Contractor will not be allowed to submit a bid for the project, either as a prime contractor or as a sub-contractor.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services, testing, and incidentals to complete all Work required and shall have experience with CMaR project methods.
Estimated Cost Range:
Owner anticipates that the that the CMaR’s Contract Price will be approximately $50,000 to $100,000
