Project Description: The City of Westerville is seeking proposals for professional design and engineering services for comprehensive upgrades to the City's Water Treatment Plant located at 312 W. Main Street, Westerville, Ohio 43081. The work largely includes complete design and engineering services for critical plant infrastructure and system improvements aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, reliability, and ensuring continued regulatory compliance. The existing facility is licensed by the Ohio EPA, has a treatment capacity of 7.5 million gallons per day (MGD), and provides service to over 15,000 homes and businesses.
