Project Description: Wake County's Solid Waste Management Division is requesting proposals to provide collection carts, hauling services, and processing of mixed recyclable materials from specified Wake County Public School System locations and public charter schools. Provider shall provide all facilities, equipment, labor and services required for the processing and marketing of recyclable materials.
