Construction Management/General Contractor Services (CM/GC) - West Jordan High Remodel

Project Description: The Jordan School District (JSD, District) is requesting qualifications from experienced and qualified Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) firms to provide pre-construction services and act as the General Contractor (Contractor) for the renovation of approximately 380,000 square feet at West Jordan High School. The selected CM/GC will work closely with the District, design professionals, and other stakeholders to complete the renovation within budget, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued in accordance with State of Utah Procurement Code, Utah Code Annotated (UCA) Chapter 63G-6a, and applicable Rules found in the Utah Administrative Rule (UAR). If any provision of this RFP conflicts with the UCA or UAR, the UCA or UAR will take precedence.
