Goochland County, Virginia (County) is seeking sealed proposals to enter into a contract for the design of a new fire station from licensed and qualified architectural/engineering firms with previous experience in the design, engineering, and construction administration of a Fire-Rescue Station. The selected firm will be expected to design the facility from conceptual to final design provide cost estimates, prepare final drawings and specifications including construction bid documents, assist in the bidding process, and provide construction administration services for the construction of a new Fire- Rescue Station.
