NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Rocklin, California, will receive bids for the

furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and services for the

Janitorial and Security Services for City of Rocklin Park Facilities located in the City of

Rocklin, Placer County, California.

The City shall conduct a mandatory pre-bid conference on Tuesday, October 14, 2025,

10:00 a.m. at the City of Rocklin Parks and Recreation Office, 5460 5th Street, Rocklin, CA

95677.

Sealed bid proposals shall be submitted on the forms provided by the City on or before

October 28, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at the Office of the City Clerk, Rocklin City Hall, 3970

Rocklin Road, Rocklin, California.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids. No formal bids will be accepted via

FAX.

Bid specifications may be obtained from the City of Rocklin Parks and Recreation Office,

5460 5th Street, Rocklin, California 95677, (916) 625-5200. A $25.00 non-refundable fee

is required. Alternatively, Contract Documents may be downloaded at no charge from

the City of Rocklin’s website at www.rocklin.ca.us/DownloadBids.
