Description
11/05/2025 - GT Planning, Design & Construction unit (PDC) is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (Step 1) from firms interested in providing FY26-27 General Contractor Task Order Services for construction projects at Georgia Tech campus on an ¿as-needed¿ basis. The contract term is one (1) year with the possibility of four (4) renewals for a total of five (5) year term. Firms deemed especially qualified will be invited to Interview (Step 2).
Interested Firms can attend the OPTIONAL VIRTUAL Pre-Submittal Conference Meeting scheduled for 2:30 PM (EST) Wednesday, November 12, 2025. See RFQ section 2.2 Pre-Submittal Conference for virtual meeting link.
***Active Task Order Contractors who have exhausted their renewals (meaning you are on Year 5) MUST re-apply to this advertisement. ***
