Project Description: The City of Dallas is seeking Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (RFCSP) from qualified, experienced third-party plan review consultants for term of four (4) years. The purpose of this contract is to provide the Department of Planning and Development with third party services that include reviewing plans for the following: engineering, inspections and reinspection’s, evaluations, services, projects, and specialist with staff assistance. Multiple division managers will be requesting multiple services at different times and are to be invoiced separately.
