Project Description: The City of Chester seeks proposals from qualified parking management firms to provide comprehensive municipal parking management (staff, management reports, etc.), enforcement (ticketing, booting) and technology services (mobile/web payment, etc.) for the City’s on-street, municipal lots and any related parking facilities. This is a two year term contract with the option to renew for Year 3.
