| Description: | The City of Atascadero (City) is requesting proposals from qualified engineering consulting firms with demonstrated experience in the design and construction of wastewater treatment facilities. The selected firm will provide engineering design services and engineering services during construction for the City’s Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) Replacement Project (Project). The upgraded facility will accommodate the City’s anticipated buildout wastewater flows, replacing the existing aged infrastructure, which can no longer be expanded and does not meet new permit requirements. |
