The scope of work generally includes grading and expansion of a 14-acre site, construction of a
new access road, relocation of electrical utilities, and installation of a new electrical duct bank and
pad. Additional work includes landfill fencing, rehabilitation of existing concrete roadway,
clearing of approximately 3 acres for roadway excavation, and construction of a 10-inch
continuously reinforced concrete roadway with reconstruction of the CB-4 Rail Unloading Pad
