Dear Vendor,

SCO Family of Services would like to invite you to propose to our Janitorial & Maintenance/Repair Request for Bids (RFB) in accordance with the specifications attached. All submissions must be completed in compliance with SCO standards and regulations, and emailed to the following email address no later than Friday, November 7, 2025, 12:00 PM EST.

Email Proposals to: jernest@sco.org and be sure to Cc Procurement@sco.org .

Please include the following in the subject line of your email: “SCO Proposal Response – Janitorial & Maintenance/Repair Services – [ VENDOR NAME]”

Q&A Submission Instructions:

All inquiries regarding this RFB must be submitted using the designated “Q&A Submission Form” document, attached. Proposers must complete this document with their questions and submit it

via email to myself, Jillian Ernest at jernest@sco.org with Cc to procurement@sco.org no later than the due date provided below.

The email subject line must include “SCO RFB – Janitorial & Maintenance/Repair Services Q&A Submission” to ensure proper tracking and response. Once submitted, you will receive an email confirmation that your

questions were received. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please be sure to follow up with an additional email. Questions submitted in any other format or after the deadline will not be

considered.

The deadline to submit questions is Monday, October 27, 2025, at 5:00 PM EST.
