IMPORTANT NOTES REGARDING INDUSTRY DAY/REGISTRATION/ATTENDANCE:

a. Each vendor will be restricted to two personnel per company and it is highly suggested that at least one, if not both attendees, are technical representatives.

b. As a professional courtesy to your fellow attendees and Government presenters, please arrive and in-process, BEFORE 0845, to account for the 0900 EST start time.

c. Attendance is predicated upon submission of the ‘Security Vetting Form’ and approval through the security vetting review. The “Security Vetting Form’ is attached to the eInvitation at the link provided above, and to this announcement for ease of reference.

d. Please email the ‘Security Vetting Form’ to the Points of Contact listed on the invitation, with subject line, ‘NGC – Security Vetting Form’ as soon as possible to ensure enough time for review. If a vendor is not approved through the Security Vetting Process, they will be informed via email. Submission instructions are included on the invitation.

e. Individuals who are registered for attendance must present a photo ID to gain entrance to the Tech Grove facility.

f. As there is limited parking at the Partnership IV/Tech Grove facility, do not park in the reserved spots. g. Technical Data: The Government anticipates releasing technical data to Industry, via DOD Safe site, post Industry Day, with a date still to be determined. As part of the registration for Industry Day, vendors interested in receiving this technical data are required to check ‘Yes’ regarding this topic on the Invitation Registration Response. Additionally, to prepare for this release of data, interested vendors should review and sign the ‘PDK Distribution Agreement’ attached to the Industry Day invitation found at the link above.
