Description
Sealed proposal will be received from qualified bidders through the Purchasing Division Supplier Portal until 1:30 PM on Tuesday, October 21, 2025. The names of the respondents will be read aloud at1:30 PM of the same day. No further bids will be accepted. The Disadvantaged Business Employment Provisions will be evaluated and those bids found to be in compliance with the DBE Provisions shall be opened and read aloud at 1:30 PM on Tuesday, October 28, 2025. Only electronic submissions through the supplier portal will be accepted at www.savannahga.gov/bids.
All bidders are not required to attend but are highly encouraged to attend a pre-bid conference which will be held at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, in Room 104 at the Floyd Adams Complex, located at 20 Interchange Drive, Savannah, GA 31415.
The Board of Purchase reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals and to waive formalities. The City of Savannah promotes equal opportunities for all vendors in city purchases.
