The City of Warner Robins (hereinafter "City") is soliciting sealed bids from qualified vendors for the Landscape Maintenance for Keep Warner Robins Beautification (" KWRB") Sites located throughout the City to be placed on an Annual Contract. The initial contract term will be April 1, 2025, through March 31, 2026; with two (2) one (1) year options to renew.
To be considered a responsive bidder, bidders must review and submit a copy of all Bid Attachments.
Bidders must comply and follow the detailed Specifications and Conditions outlined for each site (see Bid Attachment #5).
See Bid Attachment #6 for a Map of KWRB sites.
Bidders are required to visit each site before bidding.
The successful bidder shall give satisfactory evidence to the City of Warner Robins that they and any sub-contractors carries Worker's Compensation, in accordance with the State Worker's Compensation Laws, and public liability and property damage insurance in sufficient amounts to ensure adequate coverage of the work, with the following minimum amounts acceptable:
Commercial General Liability: 1 Million/ 2 Million
Comprehensive Vehicle Liability: 1 Million
Umbrella Liability: 1 Million (minimum)
Workers Compensation: Statutory (only with 3+ employees)
All questions must be submitted through the City of Warner Robins IonWave bidding system by the designated date and time of Tuesday, February 4, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. (ET).

ach prospective bidder must upload and submit your bid with all required documents through the City’s IonWave bidding system by the designated date and time of Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. (ET).
The bid if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability and other factors considered.
The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities.
