The W 11th Ave and Crow Rd Utility Extension Project is planned to be posted for construction solicitation between October to December 2025. This project will install 1.7 miles each of new wastewater and new water mainline with depths up to 24 feet. It will also include widening of Crow Road, realignment of the 11th and Crow intersection, and stormwater culvert upgrades. See attachment for project limits. The expected project range is $11.5M to $13.5M with a completion date of March 31, 2027.
