Project Description: Montgomery County intends to retain a qualified consultant or consulting team to provide full-time on-site construction oversight and inspection during the replacement of County Culvert BROD-0064, located on S. Broad Street over Towamencin Creek in Upper Gwynedd Township. Construction is anticipated to commence in early 2026 and be completed within 8 months.
