Description: Renovations at SUNY Buffalo State University - Buckham Hall for the Relocation of Leonardo Da Vinci High School. The Buffalo Public School District is looking for a Construction Manager to help facilitate the renovation of Buckham Hall at SUNY Buffalo State University. The renovation will accommodate the Leonardo da Vinci High School, which will move to the new location permanently. Buckham Hall is a four-wing building with a central hub, built in 1964, and is owned and partially occupied by SUNY Buffalo State University. It currently houses various academic departments, pre-collegiate programs, the Child Care Center, a gymnasium, and an auditorium. The RFP aims to transform the designated spaces into a modern and functional high school facility.
