Description
The Corporation of the District of North Vancouver (the Owner) invites tenders for ITT-027-24,
Civil Works Infrastructure and Washrooms for Synthetic Turf Field at Inter River Field #1.
The scope of the works involves the following:
The Contractor will be required to complete items of Work detailed in the contract and drawings within 1101 Premier St, the District of North Vancouver at Inter River Park Field #1, as directed by the Contract Administrator. This Work will consist of assorted supply of material and construction ranging from demolition, removals, site preparation, earthworks, supply and placement of granular materials, asphalt paving, concrete paving, sidewalk, curb and gutter installations, retaining walls, drainage work, sanitary sewers, water works, planting, electrical works including field lighting, fencing, players shelters, sports field equipment, site furnishings and installation, site preparation and drainage work for installation of artificial turf fields, a washroom building and associated amenities, environmental and sedimentation control infrastructure and monitoring, and other infrastructure construction.
