| Description: | Expand an existing conference room on the second level of the Water Treatment Plant located at 400 Jones Ferry Road to include the adjacent mail room and vestibule space; demolition of existing ceilings of all affected spaces, to be replaced with one uniform height; reconfiguration of existing mechanical and electrical systems; re-use existing shelving in conference room in new design; new carpet and paint to match materials used in the Administrative Building; reconfigure conference table, monitor, etc. within the newly defined room; coordination with IT department as needed; enclose the conference room with an existing door and sidelite; and all associated appurtenances as described in the Specifications and as shown on the Drawings. |
