RFP 385 - 70 + / - Room Hotel with Grill or Lounge Style Restaurant

This Request for Proposal (¿RFP¿) is an invitation by the Jekyll Island State Park Authority, a public corporation and instrumentality of the State of Georgia, (the ¿JIA¿) to qualified and highly experienced hotel developers to submit proposals for the design, development, construction, and operation of an approximately seventy (70 +/-) room hotel with a grill or lounge-style restaurant within the hotel (hereinafter the ¿Property¿) located at the Jekyll Island Golf Club (collectively, the ¿Project¿). Following the posting of this RFP, Respondents may submit written questions and requests for clarification on a rolling basis via email to Noel Jensen at njensen@jekyllisland.com. JIA will respond in writing to written questions and post the responses on the JIA Website.
