RFP25-007 KACHEMAK SELO SCHOOL DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit proposals for acceptance by the Borough to provide professional architectural and engineering services to complete 100% design development documents for the construction of a new school facility in Kachemak Selo. Project includes development of cost estimates and energy consumption reports.
A pre-proposal conference will be held on October 29, 2024, at 11:00 AM in the Purchasing & Contracting Conference Room, 47140 E. Poppy Lane, Soldotna, Alaska. Attendance at the pre-proposal conference is not mandatory but is strongly recommended.
