Ballfield Lighting Replacement - Timber Trail Park

1.        Sealed bid proposals for the Timber Trail Park ¿ Ballfield Lighting Replacement Project will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Bryan County Public Works Building located at 290 Fort McAllister Road, Richmond Hill, Georgia 31324 at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, January 22, 2025. Prior to the bid opening sealed bids may be delivered to the Public Works Office located at the above address Monday ¿ Friday during normal business hours from 7:00 A.M to 3:30 P.M.

A pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday January 8, 2026, at the Timber Trail Recreation Center located at 508 Timber Trail, Richmond Hill, Georgia, 31324.

2.        Bryan County is soliciting bids from experienced and qualified Contractors who are interested in submitting a proposal and entering into a contract for replacement of ballfield lighting, poles and controls for seven ballfields located at Timber Trail Park, 508 Timber Trail, Richmond Hill, Georgia, 31324.
