Upon Issuing Office’s receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder’s delivery service for a cost of $75.00. A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Monday November 17, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the project site at the intersection of Grove Street and Mt. Vernon Street in Springfield, VT 05156. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
