Sealed proposals for “On-Call” Snow Plowing Equipment Rental with an Operator Agreement for the City of South Portland from December 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027, with the City reserving the right to negotiate two additional one year renewals, will be received by the Purchasing Office, and submitted electronically to For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. with the name of the Bidder, Contract Name and Bid number in the subject line will be received until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at which time they will be opened and read. All prices quoted shall be held open to acceptance for 90 days after their opening.

Questions received after this time will not be addressed. Written addenda may be issued when changes, clarifications or amendments to this document are deemed necessary and will be sent to all document holders registered with the Purchasing Office.
