Description
The Department of Administrative Services is issuing this Request for Proposals on behalf of the Department of Human Services Division of Child Support Services to establish a contract with a qualified supplier to provide a Project Management Office Services for the DCSS System Modernization Project. DHS seeks proposals from qualified suppliers with expertise in large multi-stakeholder system modernization projects. DHS is undertaking an initiative to modernize the DCSS Support Track Accounting and Reporting System, which is the case management system for DCSS. The DCSS System Modernization Project involves replacing the current system with a Hybrid Enhancement solution. This is a full replacement of the front-end case management system for users and the back-end database, batch systems and servers.
