Sealed bids will be received by the City of Ottumwa, at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, Ottumwa, Iowa, until 2:00 p.m., July 16, 2025, for the construction of certain improvements and work incidental thereto described in general as “Proposed Structure Rehabilitation – Lift Stations and Primary Clarifiers- Ottumwa, Iowa” and as described in detail in the Plans and Specifications for said improvements now on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The City will act upon bids received at the time and place below specified or at such later time and place as may then be fixed. Proposals received will be presented to the City Council of Ottumwa, Iowa and considered at a meeting presided over by the Mayor, to be held in the Bridge View Center, Ottumwa, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on August 5, 2025.
