Sealed bids will be received by the City of Globe, in the City Hall Conference Room, 150 N. Pine St., Globe, AZ 85501, until 2:00 P.M. (AZ Time), September 11, 2024, for the AMI Water Meter Installation and Service Line Investigation Project. No bids will be accepted after 2:00 P.M. (AZ Time), September 11, 2024. The Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 P.M., Arizona time, at the location and date listed above. All Bids shall be made on the Invitation for Bids forms included in the Contract Documents and shall include all applicable taxes.

There is a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting, in the City Hall Conference room, scheduled for 2:00 P.M. (AZ Time), Wednesday, August 28, 2024. A virtual option is available using the attendance information below. Please call ahead to schedule site visits.

Each Bid submitted, either by hand, United States Postal Service, or other carrier, shall be sealed and plainly marked AMI Water Meter Installation and Service Line Investigation Project, GLOBE, ARIZONA BID NO. “CS-2025-0081”. The IFB number and the firm's name and address should be clearly indicated on the outside of the envelope and shall be addressed to the City of Globe Clerk, Shelly Salazar, 150 N. Pine St., Globe, AZ 85501. The City of Globe will not be responsible for proposals submitted that are not marked appropriately or sent to the wrong address.
