The construction of decorative stamped concrete sidewalk, concrete curb, decorative street lights and various other streetscape improvements along the east side of Lafayette Avenue from the Public Library north to Warburton Avenue. Additionally, all ADA curb ramps within the project limits shall be upgraded to comply with current ADA requirements.

Each bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder, addressed to the Owner and labeled for the HAWTHORNE DOWNTOWN REVITALIZATION – PHASE III, LAFAYETTE AVENUE STREETSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS.
The successful bidder will be required to comply with all provisions of prevailing wage rates as determined by the New Jersey Department of Labor.
