The following remarks are removed from the solicitation:
The Government intends to make a single award to the eligible, responsible,technically acceptable and responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to thesolicitation, represents best value to the Government. The offerors proposalshall be in the form prescribed by,
and shall contain a response to each oftheareas identified in the Section L solicitation provision entitled "Submission ofOffers for Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable Offers. Only those proposalsprepared in accordance with the solicitation will
beevaluated.Award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding administrative costs, it is in the Government's bestinterest to do so. The Government will first evaluate the non-price go/no gofactors. The non-price
evaluation factor is Past Performance. The non-price factors will be rated as either acceptable or unacceptable based on the
solicitation criteria. The contractor must achieve an acceptable rating in pastperformance or it will be removed from competition.
The following remarks are incorporated into the solicitation:
The Government intends to make a single award to the eligible, responsible quoter whose quote is technically acceptable and which is determined most advantageous to the Government, price and past performance considered.
The following language is hereby updated:

Can only be procured only from suppliers who provide FAA-Certified parts Which possess a FAA Authorized Release Certificate, FAA Form 8130-3 AirworthyApproval Tag, from certified repair stations pursuant to 14 CFRPart 14.
To:
Can only be procured only from suppliers who provide FAA-Certified parts whichpossess a FAA Authorized Release Certificate, FAA Form 8130-3 AirworthyApproval Tag.
In addition to paragraph (a),"Inspection and Acceptance," add the following:
1.The contractor shall provide notification to the government of allproposedengineering changes thateffect components managed under thiscontract.No changes shall be made withoutwritten authorization from thegovernment for any change which will or may affect:
A. Interchangeability, performance, weight, safety, reliability, service life,fit, function, and maintainability;or
B.Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) type certification.
C. Require part re-identification for any reason.
The change notification shall include at a minimum the affected partsnumber(s)and a required approval date in order to maintain currentcontractualperformance requirements. The contractor shall make available to thegovernment any commercially available change
documentation such as ServiceBulletins or Original Equipment Manufacturer Product Line Change Notifications.
The purpose of this amendment is to extend the closing date to 24 DEC 2024.
All other terms and conditions remain unchagned.
This amendment is to clarify the evaluation criteria, open discussions betweenthose offerors who have already submitted proposals, and set cut off date forfinal proposal revisions. In addition, clause WSSTERMMZ01 is hereby removedfrom solicitation
N00383-24-Q-T565. In place of this clause, the followinglanguage is included:
"The Government intends to make a single award to the eligible, responsible,technically acceptable and responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to thesolicitation, represents best value to the Government. The offerors proposalshall be in the form prescribed by,
and shall contain a response to each ofthe areas identified in the Section L solicitation provision entitled"Submission of Offers for Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable Offers. Only thoseproposals prepared in accordance with the solicitation will beevaluated.
Award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding administrative costs, it is in the Government's best interest to do so. The Government will first evaluate the non-pricego/no go factors. The non-price evaluation

Final proposal revisions will be permitted by offerors and are required tobe submitted by Tuesday, November 19, 2024 at 17:00 (5:00 PM EST).
The purpose of this amendment is to update the quantity from 1 unit to 3 unitsand extend the closing date to 04 DEC 2024.
All other terms and conditions remain uncahnged.
This solicitation will be using competitive procedures.
This requirement will be awarded to the offeror with the lowest pricetechnically acceptable (LPTA) submitted via quote.
The closing date for this solicitation is listed on page 1.
The quotes may be e-mailed to the below address and must be Received on orbefore 2:00 PM EST of the closing date.
Offers received after the closing date are considered to be late and will notbe considered for award.

OR SENT BY OTHER ELECTRONICCOMMERCE METHODS, SUSH AS EMAIL. THE GOVERNMENT?S ACCEPTANCE OF THECONTRACTOR?S PROPOSAL CONSTITUTES BILATERAL AGREEMENT TO "ISSUE" CONTRACTUALDOCUMENTS AS DETAILED HEREIN.
