    Pixie Trail Landslide #3 Slope Repair project occurs along a switchback portion of the Pixie Trail located within the Homestead Valley Land Trust (HVLT), immediately upslope of the residence located at 506 Pixie Trail, in Mill Valley, Marin County, California. The project will stabilize earth movement which occurred during heavy rainfall in 2024/2025. The project includes removal of landslide debris and installation of rock slope protection (RSP) to stabilize the slope and to repair the portion of the trail that is undermined. The project will also include infilling of the RSP voids with soil to promote natural vegetation growth.  Mitigation plan dimensions are approximately 25 feet wide by 40 feet long; average depth (thickness) of repair is approximately 5 feet.
