The City of Milpitas is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for Stormwater Inspection Services at Commercial and Industrial Facilities for a period of up to five (5) years as part of the City's Industrial and Commercial Site Controls Program, as outlined in Provision C.4. of the City of Milpitas Municipal Regional Stormwater Permit (MRP), Order No. R2-2022-0018 NPDES Permit No. CAS612008, issued by the San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control board on May 11, 2022.
