SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory is operated by Stanford University for the Department of Energy. As a management and operating contractor, subcontracts awarded by the Laboratory are not Federal procurements, and are not directly subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations in 48 CFR. Nonetheless, certain Federal laws, Executive Orders, and regulations may affect our DOE approved purchasing system, as required by statute, regulation, or contract terms and conditions.
This is a formal request for quotation from Procurement as requirement has been assigned to me as a buyer.

Please review the quote and provide your best and final offer for both price and lead-time.
Kindly also have the quotation revised to today’s date and address the quote to my attention.
Interested parties must answer ITAR questionnaire before SLAC shares ITAR restricted technical data.
This purchase uses ITAR restricted technical data. This technical data is within the password protected, encrypted file. Please see the requestor, Daniel Rowen (Dwrowen@slac.stanford.edu) if access to this data is necessary to complete this purchase.
Any questions from the supplier about the technical data in this purchase should only be sent directly to the requestor.
All quotes, terms, purchasing/shipping documents, and other communications must not contain identifying information of the technical data.
Documents shall only refer to the Part/Drawing Number and Revision provided.
If ITAR restricted technical data does need to be sent to the requestor, it MUST be sent via an encrypted file or via a file transfer service utilizing AES-256 encryption. ITAR technical data CANNOT be sent to SLAC without encryption.
All shipping documents and packages shall be ITAR marked as appropriate.

Full inspection reports for all parts.
