Rebid of Laural Hill and Grubb Terrace Porch Roofs

Project Description: Sealed bids will be accepted to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and services and perform and complete all work required for the Porch Canopy Replacement at Laurel Hill and Grub Terrace in Williamstown Pa, owned by the Housing Authority of the County of Dauphin. Bids will be received by the Housing Authority via PennBid until 2 P.M., prevailing time, Friday February 27th, 2026. Bid will be awarded on Tuesday March 10th, 2026, at the regular monthly Board Meeting.
Bidding documents, including plans and technical specifications for this contract may be obtained only through PennBid.
Attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum salaries and wages set forth in the contract must be paid on this project and that the contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, age, religion, sex, handicap or national origin. Bidders are also advised that HUD’s Section 3 requirements apply to this contract. Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) and Women Business Enterprises (WBEs) are encouraged to bid.
The Housing Authority of the County of Dauphin reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Housing Authority of the County of Dauphin.
A Pre-Bid conference will be held at the Housing Authority of the County of Dauphin offices, 501 Mohn Street, Harrisburg, Pa. 17113 on Wednesday February 11th at 10:00 AM. All interested bidders are strongly urged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference.
