Lewis Professional Building: Elevator Modernization

The "Project" of which the "Work" of the Contract is a part titled Lewis Building Elevator Modernization and is located at 330 South 3rd St. Las Vegas, Nevada 89101. The "Work" is described in the Project Drawings and Divisions 01 through 48 of the Project Manual.

The Work consists of the modernization of traction passenger elevators including the removal and replacement of elevator components.

Construction includes all administrative work as outlined in the Division 01 General Requirements and the following using materials noted on Drawings and Specifications: Cleaning and refurbishing elevator finishes, demolition of existing elevators, motors, and controls, replacement of car and hall signals and fixtures, interior upgrades, anti-graffiti film, signage replacement, closed-loop door operator, door operating equipment, infra-red door protection, entrance frames and doors, replacement of geared machines to gearless, associated electrical for LED light kit, lighting upgrades at elevator machine room and pits, upgrade conduit and wiring and low voltage, structural steel, joint sealants, painting, electrical power, conductors, fuses, switches and circuit breakers. Perform all work required to complete the elevator modernization indicated by the Contract Documents and furnish all supplementary items necessary to complete modernize the existing elevators.
