RFB-2829 Concrete Box Culverts (2026-2027)
Description:
1. GENERAL
a) This specification describes the minimum material and quality requirements for precast concrete structural box culverts and appurtenances for use in the construction of highway improvements. The work in this section shall consist of providing precast box culverts sections which conform to the requirements of NYSDOT Section 604 and NYSDOT Section 706-17.
b) Precast concrete units shall be the product of a recognized manufacturer experienced in the production of precast structural units of the type indicated and specified.
c) Fabrication of all precast elements shall be according to the PCCM.
