Wicked Cool Mystic Improvements Project

CITY OF MALDEN INVITATION TO BID

The City of Malden invites bids for the Wicked Cool Mystic Improvements Project located at Tartikoff Park, 84 Willow Street, Malden, MA. The project includes installation of a new shade pergola/trellis and bench along the Willow Street sidewalk; improvements to the existing skatepark fence including the addition of shade fabric; new perimeter plantings and associated landscape enhancements.

Sealed bids must be clearly labeled with the project name and submitted on forms supplied by the City. Bids shall be signed by the bidder and accompanied by a bid deposit equal to not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid value estimated at $78,000. Bids shall be filed with the City of Malden before 12:00 P.M. on Monday, January 5, 2025, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. Late bids will be rejected.

All bids for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of Massachusetts General Laws and to the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract Documents.
